This Privacy Policy explains how Ace Link Industrial Inc., doing business as Ace Link Armor ("Ace Link," "we," "us"), collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit acelinkarmor.com, shop with us, or contact us. Our Terms of Service are at acelinkarmor.com/terms-of-service.
Personal information we collect
Depending on how you use our site, we collect:
Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
Order information, such as the products you buy, return or review, and your order history.
Account information, if you create an account.
Communications, such as messages you send us by email, through our contact form, or in chat, and any files you attach.
Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, identifiers stored in cookies and similar technologies, the pages and products you view, the actions you take on the site, the page that referred you to us, and the date and time of your visit.
Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Sources of personal information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device when you use our site, and from companies that provide services to us, such as our store platform and payment, shipping and advertising providers.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
process, ship and support your orders;
answer your questions and provide customer service;
operate, maintain and improve our site and products;
send order updates, and marketing emails if you have signed up for them;
show advertising and measure how it performs;
track sales referred by affiliates and pay their commissions;

Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping items in your cart. Others help us understand how the site is used, and others support advertising. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept advertising and analytics technologies from the partners described below. They are turned on only if you accept. Technologies that are needed for the site to work do not depend on that choice.
Advertising and analytics partners
If you accept them in our cookie banner, we use tools from advertising and analytics partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok and X. When you visit our site, these partners receive information about your visit, such as the pages and products you view and identifiers from your browser or device. They may use it to show you ads on other sites and apps and to measure how our advertising performs.
We may also send contact details, such as an email address or phone number you give us, to advertising partners in hashed form so we can measure our advertising.
We run an affiliate program. If you reach our site through an affiliate's link, our affiliate network places a cookie that lets us credit the affiliate if you make a purchase. The network and the affiliate learn that a sale was referred, not your name or contact details.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do allow advertising partners to receive information as described in this section. These partners handle the information they receive under their own privacy policies.
How we disclose personal information
We disclose personal information to:
Service providers. Our store, checkout and payments run on Shopify. We also use companies that provide website hosting and analytics, warehousing, fulfillment and shipping, sales tax calculation, email marketing, product reviews, customer chat, and other store software. They receive the information they need to perform their services, such as your name, address and order contents for delivery, and they process it to provide services to us.
Advertising and analytics partners, as described above.
Authorities and others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
A buyer or successor if our business or its assets are sold, merged or reorganized.
Shopify
Shopify collects and processes personal information about your use of our store in order to provide and improve its services to us and to you. To help protect, grow and improve our business, we use certain Shopify features that draw on information from your interactions with our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify. For that processing, Shopify is responsible for your information and for responding to your requests about it. You can read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and use its privacy tools at https://privacy.shopify.com/en. Depending on where you live, you can opt out of Shopify’s use of your information for personalized advertising here.
Chat
Messages and files you send through the chat on our site are stored so that we can respond to you. Chats may be answered by an automated assistant or by a member of our team.
Google API Services
Ace Link Armor uses an internal analytics tool, “AceLink Analytics”, which connects to our own Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google Search Console accounts through Google APIs. It only reads advertising, product and search performance data from accounts we own, for internal reporting. The data it accesses is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising to individuals, and no customer personal data is collected through it. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your privacy choices
Cookie banner. When you first visit, you can accept or decline advertising and analytics technologies, or choose which categories to allow. You can change your choice at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page.
Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block them, parts of the site may not work properly.
Advertising. Google, Meta, TikTok and X offer settings in your accounts with them that control how they use information for advertising.
Shopify. You can use the Shopify opt-out link above.
Your information. You can email info@acelinkusa.com with questions or requests about the information we hold about you.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond to it, and our site does not currently respond to these signals.
Email communications
If you sign up for our newsletter or agree to marketing emails, we will send them to the address you gave us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We will still send messages about your orders and account.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to complete orders, maintain business and tax records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
California residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to ask about, and to opt out of, our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request, email info@acelinkusa.com.
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party websites
Our site may link to websites and services we do not operate, such as social media pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
