Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern the sale of products on www.acelinkarmor.com, operated by Ace Link Industrial Inc. (“Ace”). By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, which apply together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase our products. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Ace may accept, decline, or limit any order at any time, even after it has been placed, and may restrict the quantity purchased by any person or household. If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a refund promptly. You represent that any products you purchase will be used lawfully and for personal purposes, and not for resale.

Prices and Payment

All product prices are listed on the applicable product pages in U.S. dollars and may change from time to time without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout and may be made using major credit cards or PayPal. Prices do not include federal, state, or local sales, use, or excise taxes, or shipping charges; all applicable taxes and fees are calculated and added at checkout. While we make every effort to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, we do not warrant that they are error-free. In the event of a typographical, pricing, or product-information error, Ace reserves the right to refuse or cancel any affected order, whether or not it has been confirmed or your payment method charged. If your card has already been charged, we will issue a refund promptly.

Shipping and Delivery

Ace ships using third-party carriers such as UPS and USPS, and uses commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within one (1) business day after payment has been received in full. If an item is subject to a manufacturing lead time, we will contact you with an estimated timeframe. Delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Free shipping applies to most orders; oversized or heavy items exceeding 50 pounds may incur an additional shipping fee, which will be disclosed before your order is completed. You bear all risk of loss or damage to the products from the time they leave our warehouse or fulfillment center, and title passes to you upon the carrier’s acceptance of the shipment. Please inspect your shipment promptly upon receipt and notify us in writing of any non-conformity within ten (10) business days of delivery; otherwise the claim is waived, except for claims made under the Limited Product Warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within thirty (30) days of delivery through the automated returns system on our website. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for warranty returns, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please allow approximately ten (10) business days after the return reaches our facility for your refund to be processed. Retail returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except for your first size exchange, which is free. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, complete with all parts and accessories, and in new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition.

Limited Product Warranty

Ace products are covered by a limited warranty of 2, 5, or 8 years from the date of original purchase, depending on the product. Products manufactured by third parties are covered only by their manufacturer’s warranty. Ace warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period, and disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To make a claim, email info@acelinkusa.com with a description of the defect and photos if requested; upon approval we will issue a return material authorization number. If a defect is confirmed, Ace will repair or replace the product at no charge, or issue a refund if a comparable replacement is unavailable. The warranty does not cover defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, neglect, unusual stress, alteration, improper handling, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear, and is voided by customer alterations or commercial use.

Limitation of Liability and Legal Compliance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or the cost of substitute goods, arising out of or related to the products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if Ace has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Ace’s total liability for any claim not involving personal injury shall not exceed $100. These limitations apply regardless of any failure of essential purpose of any remedy. Body armor is legal to purchase in 49 states; Ace does not ship to Connecticut or to any jurisdiction where the sale or possession of these products is prohibited, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or decline sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction without liability.

Shipping Damage, Loss and Theft Protection

Ace offers optional protection covering shipping damage, loss, or theft. If a product becomes unusable due to damage, loss, or theft within 30 days of receipt, Ace will provide a replacement. To file a claim, email info@acelinkusa.com with your order number and “SHIPPING DAMAGE” in the subject line. Covered items are replaced rather than refunded, at no charge. Coverage runs for 30 days from dispatch, and claims are reviewed within ten (10) business days. Theft claims must be supported by a signed affidavit, and porch-theft claims by an official police statement. Fraudulent claims will make the claimant liable for the cost of the products as well as any legal and associated expenses incurred by Ace.
