Return Policy Overview
At Ace Link Armor, operated by Ace Link Industrial Inc. (“Ace”), your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible products within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described below. This policy applies to purchases made through www.acelinkarmor.com.
Retail Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. A 15% restocking service fee applies to most returns and exchanges. Your first size exchange is free of charge; any subsequent size exchange is subject to the 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of warranty returns.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, complete with all parts and accessories, and in new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition. Ace is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit, so we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when sending your return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at info@acelinkusa.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will provide return instructions. Once your item arrives at our warehouse it will be inspected, and refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately ten (10) business days after the return reaches our facility for your refund to be credited to your account.
