Shipping and Delivery
Processing time
Every product page shows the current shipping status for that item, and that status is the processing time for that item.
In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Some items ship within 3–5 business days. The product page says so when this applies.
Backordered items ship within the lead time shown on the product page.
If your order contains items with different shipping times, we may ship them separately at no extra cost.
Delivery time
Orders to the continental United States usually arrive 2–5 business days after they ship. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, where available, takes longer. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time shown on the product page, we will email you with a new estimated ship date and give you the option to cancel the delayed items for a full refund.
Shipping costs
Orders of $400 or more ship free within the continental United States.
All vests ship free.
For other orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Items over 50 lb may carry an additional shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
