Carrier is pretty good especially for the price. Only thing it needs is straps inside the carrier to hold the plate instead of the two thin strips at the bottom. Should have straps inside to hold the plates also. Second the cumberbund quick release buckles should be back further to allow the soft insert to be behind the buckle so it doesn't leave a 5 inch unprotected gap on your side. Shoulder straps could be a little more secure since they flip easy when putting on the carrier.
